Mindful Meditation with Parisian Sparkle. What damn is it? Breathing technique to be here and now in your daily routine.

Self Help - when I was struggling with chronic stress disorders and felt overwhelmed by my circumstances I knew I needed to breathe out my anger and anxiety. But I couldn't catch right what meditation was all about. In my head this practice belonged to spiritual leaders, guru and monks. Finally, I met Christophe André, neuropsychiatrist, in Paris who was practicing with his patients this breathing techniques.
